The Type B has the traffic load bearing directly on the sidewall of the frame. While technically stronger then the Type A, both frame designs exceed HS-20 and H-20 load requirements. Type B’s require more processing time and tend to be slightly more expensive then Type A’s. Some Type B frames may have webs that are customer specified. Available with any type of cover design requested.
